ordered 4 tyres yesterday and to my mistake, i ordered a bigger size tyre than my usual tyre. i told them that if they can exchange it and ill pay for the price difference since the tyres has never driven off the road. they are so inconsiderate that ill be having a safety issues with that tyre but then they refuse to exchange it. i will never ever try to deal again with them. and now i sent complaint to the consumer protection dubai and waiting for the result.
I noticed a Tyre puncture at a crucial time while leaving to office. I called up SAEEDI and they acted quick to send Mr. Vijeesh within 20 mins. Vijeesh did a very good job completing the entire process within 10 mins. All The Best to the Team. Definitely recommended.

I have a very good experience with there services. They reply immediately and the staff will inform you every condition of your tyres and parts of it. This is much better than pitstop Arabia. I highly recommend this shop. Installation, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and wheel rotation are free of charge if you buy 4 tyres. They do the service less than an hour.

I found it thru Saeedi Pro. The tyre of my car was flat and have big damage. I asked them if they can do the repair or if I can buy new tyres. They give me 3 quotations with options and freebies. Having reached out to MFIX for new tyres, Aiman was very quick to respond and assist with all my questions and queries. Once the required tyres were decided on, they were sent to the garage to get them fitted the next morning ( was given the option to have them fitted at my house the same day but personal preference was to go to the garage) Was highly impressed from start to finish dealing with MFIX, would highly recommend, will certainly be using them going forward for all tyre related needs.

Had a flat tyre and imagine my surprise at finding them near my office (Dubai Investment Park 1). Immediate response on Whatsapp and easily reachable. They tried to identify the issues using pictures and asking for any other signs. The person was a complete professional and did proper checks to ensure there was no other issue. He changed the rubber valve of my tyre that was broken and I am glad that I didn't even have to move my car a bit for it. A great discovery that I am delighted about.
