WARRANTY ON TYRES*:

Nexen tyres are warranted against any manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years; any claims arising from manufacturing defects will be computed on pro-rata basis of the remaining tread depth of the tyre.

Tyres will be void of warranty for the following reasons:

Tyre which is puncture repaired
Tyre with external cuts and impact damages on tread, shoulder, beads and sidewalls
Tyre with irregular and uneven wear due to mechanical faults, under-inflation and over-inflation
A flat or blown out tyre due to under-inflation
Spot wear due to hard braking and longtime parking
Tyre used in wrong applications or size mix up on the axles
Tyre used on a modified vehicle or on non-compatible rims
